We liked this great place and its stunning location. A double room had upgrades, it was airy and huge. Location: the hotel was short walk to nature outside and Tikal national park. The stay was very very good!

The resort is conveniently located close to town and Tikal national park, making it a great base for exploring the area. Guests have praised the beautiful grounds with palm trees and flowers, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Some rooms have hibiscus flowers on the pillows, adding a nice touch. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating, holding onto bags and allowing late check-outs. The pool is a highlight, offering a magical experience and open 24/7.
One downside is that the internet connection is weak, requiring guests to go to the bar to send emails.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful location up a hill about 10 minutes or less in a cab or a car from town. It was a peaceful and scenic escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that all my basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, despite some minor issues mentioned in other reviews. Plus, the breakfast offered was a delicious start to the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than acceptable.

During my recent stay at Cassia Hill Resort, I was captivated by the breathtaking landscaping. The vibrant palm trees, colorful flowers, and lush greenery created a truly enchanting atmosphere. Additionally, the resort's pool, although an unusual shade of bluish/greenish, was well-maintained and provided a refreshing place to cool off. The location of the resort, situated up a hill just a short cab or car ride from town, offered a peaceful and convenient retreat. I had a delightful experience at Cassia Hill Resort and highly recommend it.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the hibiscus flower on the pillow to the hair dryer provided in the room, it's clear that they care about their guests' comfort. Secondly, the location up a hill just a short drive from town was perfect. It offered a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet was still easily accessible. Lastly, the staff at this hotel truly made our stay memorable. From the friendly and helpful front desk to the attentive waiters, their excellent service made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
No major issues, everything was just right.
